Yoga Deconstructed® Workshop Weekend – Mill Creek, WA

This workshop weekend is for movement educators and the general public. During these workshops, you will learn how to access your glutes during your yoga practice and in daily life, creative progressions for dynamic pelvic stability, exercises to reduce chronic neck tension, and how to move beyond passive twists by adding triplanar movements and spirals.
