A Science Based Approach to Sequencing – Silver Spring, MD
This workshop weekend is for movement educators and the general public. This workshop series will teach you an interdisciplinary movement approach to yoga sequencing and includes exercises and sequences from my book, Yoga Deconstructed®: Transitioning from rehabilitation back into the yoga studio.
