One-on-One Sessions

Private sessions are held on the west side of Los Angeles.
For those outside of LA, I also offer Skype sessions.
Private sessions are all about you! Since everyone is beautifully unique, a one-on-one session allows time to focus on your specific needs.

Whether your goal is to become stronger, more flexible, or simply reduce pain, individual attention is the fastest way to achieve your goals. I specialize in helping you uncover body blind spots that cause pain, address postural issues and enhance proprioception. I work with all types of chronic issues and injuries.

In your session, I will select from a variety of equipment based on your needs. Some of which include Pilates apparatus, such as the reformer, cadillac, wunda chair, ladder barrel, spine corrector, etc. My background in therapeutic Pilates, yoga, and self myofascial release techniques allows me to tailor your session to help you live better in your body.

    I am feeling optimistic but overwhelmed from the workshops yesterday (I also attended a ball training from you in Austin last year). I had some ah ha moments near the end of the training and think with time, I may be able to move more without pain. I would love to have a private lesson with you the next time I visit my sister in California. Do you have any availability on August 31 or
    September 1? If so, what is the cost and the location?
