Go on a playful, creative journey that will help you stay injury-free and improve strength, mobility, and coordination. Creator Trina Altman skillfully incorporates preparatory exercise, somatics, and modern movement science to prepare you to master challenging yoga poses.
It is recommended that you have two blocks, one blanket, and one yoga strap for class.
If you do not have these props, you can use two books, a towel OR a pillow, and a belt or long scarf instead.
A replay will be sent to you after class. It will be available for 1 week.
