Mobilize your joints, improve strength, and explore fascial unwinding in this 45 minute class, which emphasizes stability, mobility, irradiation, and isometric training. The dowel will provide closed chain feedback to help with balance, proprioception, and grip strength.

You will need a 6 foot wooden dowel or a 6 foot Mobility Stick to take class.
